Today has proved to be a great Spring day much like yesterday. Yesterday we decided to give those new shoes a try and took Danica outside to play in the grass. She loved it! After a bit of frolicking in the green we went for a little stroll through town and then back home to play in the grass some more while mommy cleaned some leaves out of the bushes.
Today it was out into the great outdoors for a little basketball, picking up sticks, a jog and a swing in Grammy and PaPa's tree---gotta love Spring! I was eager to shoot some hoops, even if Danica wasn't, I have to get some practice time in before an alumni basketball tournament next weekend. I am not worried a bit about getting my rear up and down the court, I am just not sure I will be able to hit the broad side of a barn. Anyway, I digress....spring has sprung in our parts and we are happy to see it arrive.
